Returns & Refunds
All purchases, including Gift Cards, are final sales; they may not be returned, refunded, or redeemed for cash.
Personal Belongings
Please make sure you have your belongings with you before you leave this establishment. We are not responsible for any lost articles left behind.
Appointments and Cancellation
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you need to make changes to your appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 24-hour notice.
Etiquette
To ensure a relaxing spa experience for you and other guests, we ask that you silence your cell phone and keep voice levels to a minimum. Please note: Only guests who are receiving a service will able to enter the facility and stay in the waiting room.
Right of Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons we deem necessary, including contraindications to scheduled services and failure to show.
Payment options
All major credit cards, debit cards, and cash are accepted. We do not accept personal checks.
Gratuities are not included in the price of your spa service.
FAQ
What time should I arrive?
We ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to the start time of your scheduled service. If you arrive late, your therapist may need to shorten your service to stay on schedule with the next guest.
What should I wear in the treatment room?
Please keep your underwear on for all treatments. During a massage, our therapists will ensure that you are properly covered by a towel, and only the area being massaged will be uncovered.
May I request the gender of my therapist?
Yes. Please let us know if you have a gender preference when you schedule your appointment. Otherwise, one will be assigned based on availability or expertise.
Do you sell gift certificates online or by phone?
Our gift certificates can be purchased by phone. The expiration date for Gift cards is 1 year.
